PRE-ORDER NEW SEASON 2024

We have already sold out of our 2023 steamed green tea but are now offering pre-orders for our limited 2024 harvest.

Tea will be sent as soon as it becomes available this year. Time scales are totally weather dependant, but is most likely to be late May/early June.

What we can guarantee is that you will have First Flush tea from the start of our 2024 harvest, so it will be pretty special and worth the wait!

Single Estate Steamed Green Tea

VARIETY: Camellia sinensis var. Sinensis grown from seed

PROCESSING: Hand picked & processed in small batches we steam the leaves during fixation before rolling and drying

TASTING NOTES 2023: Very slightly sweet with subtle umami and oceanic savoury notes. We think coastal with this one…it fits well with our Maritime climate!

BREWING GUIDE: Try 3g to 200ml filtered water at around 80°C
